True North Lean provides consulting and training services based on mutually agreed scopes, timelines, and deliverables. All services are offered on a professional best-effort basis, with outcomes influenced by client participation, data accuracy, and organisational commitment. Fees, payment terms, and expenses will be outlined in the formal proposal or agreement and must be settled as agreed. Intellectual property, tools, and training materials remain the property of True North Lean unless otherwise stated. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of shared methods and materials, while True North Lean will treat all client information as confidential. Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing. Either party may terminate the engagement with prior written notice, subject to settlement of completed work. True North Lean is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use.
